The advantage is your body awareness and agility is already advanced, so all the preexisting agile/athletic moves come easy. You still have to control your opponent and can be controlled. You control their hips and all their powerful hip movement is gone.
I have pulled an ariel over guard to knee on belly or north south. Or a brawny. Can land kinda hard though so gotta be confident with it.
At about the 3 min mark is kinda what im talkin about. The guy in gi pants, looks like a capoera guy.
