I have to recommend you check out the slow carb diet (easy to do) and weight loss chapters in "The four Hour Body" by Tim Ferriss. They are fucking excellent and very good advice on weight loss. Plus he has tons of info on rehab of injuries and all sorts of other good stuff. It's a great book.
