    Thank you all. At 25, I've realized I've got to take my goals more seriously. I'm not a 20 year old kid with wild dreams anymore. I'm a 25 year old man who knows what it takes to reach those goals and live those dreams. I know it takes a healthy life style, hard work, and dedication. Everyday. I passed a kidney stone in February and I've been lazy since. But, * It's a new dawn. It's a new day. It's a new life.* And it's time to train. It all starts with the mind. A good place to start. Thank you all again. : )
