rock it all and if its to much take some off melee gear is top notch run it all and rep all day

Either that or be the selfish dirty bastid in the gym that spreads ringworm and staph to everyone. At my gym I would kick you right off the mats if I found out you weren't washing your gear after every practice.

i got ringworm for the first time like 2 months ago but it wasnt from me i shower as soon as i get home
