The book is $12, materials are ~$50 and seeds are $10. That'll get you a 4'x4' box that can has 16 1'x1' spots to grow. 1 of those can grow 16 carrots, or a large head of lettuce for example.
Not too expensive for a one time start up cost. Then when you have one working you just build another and another and another. All you need to do is just top up the soil when you pull out your vegetables.
I don't know.. Stocks and Bonds.. Seems like giving someone else your money to gamble with.
