I am pretty flexible but rarely use it rolling because I am also really weak. A lot of times, when your over compensate for moves, you lose a lot strength because you're spread out. If you look at BJ Penn, the only time he really displays his flexibility, is when he takes the back but what a lot of people don't realize, is that he gets really high on peoples back which makes it easier to hook their arms and it's also why he crosses his feet and doesn't worry about getting subbed.

I see that you're trying to learn a lot of stuff but I would advise you not to introduce yourself to too much information at once. Build your foundation one step at a time. “I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.” - Bruce lee. Learning too many things too quickly, is just as good as learning nothing at all IMO.

i definatly hope so my friend....i have always been big and i peak around the 122kg mark but i hit 148kg's recently after some heavy depression... now i'm working my fat ass off lol but give me a year and then i will be travelling to every competition in the country.... i have only ever competed in 2 tournaments and lost my opening bouts in both so im going to work alot harder for the next year then get into competing again lol

i'll probably drop to 110kg's absolute lowest but most competitions have stopped at 97kgs + so we may be competing sometime soon
