hi guys was wondering if u could help us, keep getting half guard and guys keep pulling the twister position. from this position i have been getting the arm triangle waiting position that was seen on mastering the system alot, like pretty much every time i roll. however there seems to be no space to shrimp and sweep, or shrimp and take the back because of the guys hip downward pressure i think this is because my legs are gripping one side of his body and my arms are gripping the otherside leaving me in an awkward diagonal position.
any tips from this position would be appreciated
