    WOrkout app for iphone, list, plans, (weightlifting, jiu jitsu, other various martial

    Guys i need help
    I need someone to give me a name of an app that lets me make a workout plan that includes martial arts and weightlifting and cardio
    I have a meal tracker so i can stay on a diet
    Now i need to know wat exercises i can do to get fit and gsin mass
    If u guys can csn u guys also help me make the plan? I csn give u guys my schedule so u guys can work around it

    you're 15 don't even worry about mass until your 18. Just do push ups, pull ups sit ups and plyo's (sprints, jumps, stairs).

    I already do all those
    But i dont want like body building mass
    I just want to bench, squat, etc. 50% more than my body weight
    I mainly need a diet plan and an app i can keep track of everything on

    how skinny are you? look into the GOMAD diet.

    it's for putting on the weight fast...
