Eddie tweeted this and I was just wondering about that because they just started spraying here again about a week ago. They seemed to stop for about a month just after the massive flooding in North Dakota. Then bam last week hit skies hard in the morning I even watched them turning it on and off. Its hard the track them planes when there not spraying. Its like when the weather says its going to be cloudy but its clear they go and spray. Or even try to blend it in with the clouds. I just googled "different cloud types" and got this. go figure.
