Which part of the knee? You need to be more sppecific as it could be anything.

Inside of my left knee. So if I am sitting with my legs straight out my knee cap would be north. The pain is to the east. In the joint pivot point. Sorry I know its confusing. But it fucking hurts.

Lost your flexibility? Don't stretch it, and go for an MRI if possible, as the Knee Doctor knows best!

I get like a joint ache in my right knee real bad sometimes. I started supplementing glucosamine tablets and it's been a LOT better since then. I basically had the same symptoms as you but not pain so much, just ache.

Glucosamine and Chondroitin can help rebuild tendon and ligament
problem areas. If you suspect it's something more than a stress
or very minor tearing, you'll want to get it looked it. I have had
my knees worked on and it's no fun at all. If it's serious, get it taken
care of or you will wish you did later.

It's impossible to diagnose online obviously, so you'll have to make
that judgement yourself. I get swelling and pain in my knees all the
time, but you should know if something is torn as you would be in
pain almost constantly when the knee is in motion or having pressure
    put on it.

don't do the rubber guard, you shouldn't have any knee pain resulting from it unless you are doing it wrong....

your knee should only go up/down and does not turn inward.... if your knee hurts in the place it is because it has to make up for your lack of hip flexibility....

looks like its time to master the twister instead...

Funny thing is i dont think i hurt is playing RG. I am short with short legs and most of my opponents are larger than me so if u can get to Mission control they just power out. I think i might have hurt it in the lockdown when someone just tried to power out of it and i keep holding it tight. Straightening my knee is to painful to bare right now. Calling the doc to make a appointment as soon as i can.

Let hope it is okay and I just need to stay off it. I dont want this crap to ruin my trip to HQ.
