hi there, i am a full time instructor teaching everyday . my body is not what it used to be i am still fit but have a very bad back i work my core to keep it as good as it can be but i have had to cut back on the amount of hard training thinking i am still in my 20's ! thuis is so hard to do because you still think you should do everything that everone else does i dirink lots of water and try to keep my body out of danger !! somepeople just want to hurt you when they train if you pick your partners that will push you and respect you you will bwe able to train for a long time!!
