More competition footage

Here's some more competition footage this time from the Grappling Games a week ago. I've been waiting for the pics with teh gang-signs but they still aren't up.

Division: -70kg/9M-2 years experience (I'm training since 2011)

I had 9 Fights and 8 Wins, took 3rd Nogi and 1st Gi. They messed up with the ladder system so even though I won 5 out of 6 Nogi fights I placed 3rd (losing against the winner) while the 2nd place went to a guy who went 2-1. But hey, the experience counts, not the medals

Ankle Pick to a quick Necktie. Never had someone resist that long against a fully locked Necktie though.

2 & 3: (Not posting those but you can still find them on my youtube if you want to.)
Lost against the champ who ankle locked all of his 3 opponents. Well, it showed me where I'm weak at.
Then won on points against another guy. Couldn't do anything against him other than holding dominant positions, that Neck was un-necktiable^^

People LOVE holding on to my Neck, they allways do. Tried to Von-Flue, but didn't work. Once I got out: Necktie.

Another one holding my neck like his life depended on it. This time I made sure to keep his arm trapped when he was forced to let go of it. Wanted to go for Kimura, ended up on his back with arm trapped RNC instead. Gotta drill that transition!

Fight against my teammate and fellow 10thplanet soldier for 3rd Place
You can see me hiding the lockdown from him. He knew my style, you can see him doing the proper Necktie escape by abandoning half-guard. I actually showed him that in training once
Managed to Twister roll from 3/4 Mount for a calf crusher.

GI-Division:

For all the Planet X guys, here are the Gi matches.

1:

SPOILER:
Fight against the winner of the last Grappling Games. I actually met him in another tournament 2 weeks ago and was looking forward to fight him. He also placed 2nd in Nogi this tournament. He had a wicked Guard. When he was trying to get up I did some weird move into mount @ 3:00. He rolled so I took his back and transitioned to spiderweb via swim move. Since I wasnt sure if biceps crusher were legal, I asked the ref. Since they were, I got a tap with it. Watching MTS payed off once more.

Fight against my fellow teammate again. What a fight. Lots of oldschools and deep halfs. He nearly knee-bared me. I won on points, but he really gave me trouble.

3: Final

Final against a Blue Belt since for Gi they merged my Division with the higher one.

SPOILER:
Adrenaline kept me going... and my teammates. One guy was shouting in German "That guy might be blue belt, but Max has 2 Belts!". Pulled HG, deep half sweep and was then in a 3/4 mount. I was thinking mounted gogoplata! since he gave me his right arm. But that was probably on purpose to bait me, so I played it safe. Stayed calm, passed and got the Kimura.
