Ice baths are a staple! Our athletic trainers would have us cold bath (which is just cold water) and alternate with an ice bath every other night. 8-12 mins is usually all you need. Also Epsom Salt Soaks are key as well. That's just my two cents.
    This monster speaks the truth. In the winter in the Chi he sits in the backyard in a garbage can filled with snow. He's crazy.

    Well all the ice bath does is it stops the lactic acid from making it so u feel sore the next day is what i got out of it when i went to school

    I've never had a deep tissue massage so I can't compare but I'm sold on the ice bath for sure.

    Ice baths are about minimalizing inflamation as well, yeah?
