    The Gi is more "street" than No-Gi?!?!

    Anyone else seen this...



    Kind of interesting, but you have to pay like $30 for some t-shirt to get access to the full deal. At any rate, what does anyone else think of this? or have they seen the entire thing?

    Anything that you have to buy a t-shirt to get access to, is in my opinion, suspect. I don't like these guys anyway...and the GI is gay...

    Gi chokes and gi takedowns are applicable in a street fight. This is true. And I do like Rener and Ryron, but they definitely operate like vacuum salesmen far too often.

    ehhh...sure you can find ways to apply the gi in the street, but for martial arts to work in a high stress high adrenaline situation it has to be second nature. i dont want to have to stop and think of how i can pull off a cross collar choke because this guy is wearing some random type of clothing. ill just choke him regardless. ive done a few different martial arts and have been in a few street fights and can honestly say, anything you have to stop and think about has a high possibility of getting you hurt. just my opinion tho

    That's the same as someone saying that No-gi isn't any good without training gi first. Gi ,No-Gi as long as it's Jiu jitsu I'm down. The Gracie Brothers are cool . Their just preaching what they practice

    GI is super gay and these two tools are just giant salesmen. Really really bad salesmen. The problem is, is their target audience is stupid. I wish they would stop talking to people like they are 4.
