Technique Video issues

I'm a paying member that hasn't been here for about two months or so. I jumped on today to watch some new vids and I can't. The video screen says "starting video" I click the play icon and then it changes to a still image from the video and nothing else happens. I click on that and nothing happens either.

I double checked I'm logged in

I tried other videos and I'm having the same issue

I double checked pay pal and my April first payment was sent and received

I pretty sure this is user error because I think the video format changed or something since the last time I was on. Watch it be something lame like I'm missing some small play button lol

Any suggestions?

Hmm when I click the play button it switches to a still image from the video then I click it again it starts to load. My computer is slow so I have to sit for about 20 seconds for it to start playing but it does eventually start playing for me.

make sure your internet browser is updated.

Once it starts I recommend hitting pause and waiting like 10 minutes. Its most likely my pc but they can take awhile to load.

User error!!

So you see "Starting Video" with the play button in the center, then you should press it and you will come to a still image, then a white/grey play button should appear in the center of that image, press it and then flash starts and the video starts to play.

Try uninstalling flash and then reboot then download the latest version of flash. Then try again. It doesnt really matter what browser you are using since the videos act the same way on all of them for me.

If you have done all that you may want to try Safari and open the activity window and see if you can see the video file being downloaded. If its not moving you may have issues with your PC.

Download Google Chrome of Firefox to access the internet. I had the same problem awhile ago.

Well after spending an hour or more working on this I can watch the videos now. For what ever reason it will only work on my computer with the newest version of Google Chrome. I uninstalled Firefox and re installed it, and it still would not work. I updated my flash and completed all my PC updates that were needed. So I can watch them now but I'm still a little erked that something is wrong with my firefox.
