It says : Monday: Wrestling 7pm-9pm
Tuesday & Thursday: Striking 6pm-9pm
Wednesday & Friday: Grappling 6pm-9pm
Well first wrestling is grappling and 2nd, they're gonna have to be more specific on the types of striking and grappling they offer.
