Hey when you old school grab the toes. It's really important and no one ever listens, but seriously grab the toes.

If i ever have a school I'm gonna carry around a really flexible stick like a car radio antenna, and every time someone doesn't grab the toes after i said it 4 times. I'm going to smack them across the back of the neck with said stick. As physical punishment isn't covered in Derek's waiver i am recommending that people have to do a minute of shake weight when they fuck it up.
