Not nearly as suspensefull as the title may suggest, but what the fuck is the deal with eggs?
I've heard everything from:
You can eat as many as you like, any more than four a week is bad for you, just use the egg whites, only 2 yolks a week, they're going to kill me, or they'll help me live forever.
I have an idea of how this might go anyways but what do most competative jiu-jitsu guys do.
What does paleo say about it? I know Dolce says eat away.
