Re: paleo...
TECHNICALLY, our paleolithic ancestors probably ate eggs only occasionally but you can eat 3 eggs a day (probably more) and actually get WAY healthier. Why?
Because most people in developed countries are deficient in key vitamins and minerals like zinc, magnesium, selenium, vitamin D, vitamin K, THC(?), etc. The soil is fucked up and depleted hence WE are fucked up and depleted.
Eggs help offset some of that bullshit because they're high in selenium and moderately high in zinc which are both super important for testosterone and sperm production. Men: If you want to do a fun little experiment, start eating 6 brazil nuts a day (nature's highest source of selenium) - 3 in the morning, 3 at night and marvel as your sperm volume doubles, it's pretty dope actually. 6 is max though because too much selenium is harmful.
Eggs have a good bit of cholesterol too, which is a direct precursor to every important male hormone including testosterone.
Nutrition authorities who know what's up (Dr. Mercola, Weil, and others) almost universally suggest free range, pastured eggs, which have better nutrient profiles, taste better, and if you give a shit, don't torture the hens that lay them in the process.
