I resemble this remark very much. However, I'm nursing a hurt elbow from armbar and took a breif mat nap not to long ago, so I think it still needs some work!!
More seriously , omoplata or gogoplata are up there for me and I slicer a whole bunch both calf and bicep. Lastly is head and arm triangle from mount. Those 4 have to make up 60% of my subs.
Lately, Von Flue & Ham Sandwiches. Hit an Arm Triangle @ NAGA yesterday, but that was after a failed Von Flue. Love that choke! And the Ham Sandwich just rules because I love Butterfly Guard...
