    Thanks for sharing the techniques!

Thanks for letting me show a few things. I think everyones brain was on overload at that point though. lol
Exhausted and overloaded for sure. Even though your time teaching was brief, the guys at 10th Rochester loved what you showed. That arm triangle crush will definitely be used....mostly on me. Haha.

I dig the arm triangle crush. Personally I would use it after a failed arm triangle but its legit. By Sunday after noon my brain was for sure on overload

Sweet Jesus McGillicutty what a weekend!

If you meant to come but didn't; you missed out. It was just one fantastic seminar after another. Everything was just golden. Eddie has chosen his instructors very wisely. Every one of them shared their game freely and brought first-rate teaching skills. It was so wonderful to finally get to meet in person all of the people I see here so regularly. Coach Herzog said he wanted it to feel like a big family reunion with a whole bunch of cousins you've never met. That's exactly what it was.

I've been feeling kind of stuck lately and I am just so energized right now! Had an epic saga trying to get home (flying standby carries risk...) but it doesn't even matter to me today. I'm heading to class and puttin' in some WORK! Thank you again so much to each and every instructor. Thanks again to the rest of the family for coming to the reunion. I'll see you again real soon.
