The Guvanator did not "decriminalize" pot in Cali.. What Arnie did was make it so that possession up to an ounce is an "infarction" which brings it down to the level of traffic tickets. Still illegal but wont affect your record at all. It wont matter in about a months time when the people of the great state of CALI vote to end the criminalization of one of the most sacred plants to mankind.

Its the same in Texas for less then 2 ounces.. except I believe you also have to take a course.. some kind of substance abuse course. But its just a simple ticket...
