Mastering the Rubber Guard - Book

So I picked this book up as reading material because I was flying to Mexico a couple weeks ago.

I just have to say Good Job, Eddie. This book is extremely well laid out, easy to reference, and the photos are accompanied with great descriptions. I am new to 10p bjj, and it's a great reference for me to have when I am going through a steep learning curve, trying to recall a shitload of techniques.

Coach Landry does a great job of teaching the techniques and the book does a great job of refreshing my memory.

I recommend the book to anyone that is new to the 10p style.

For sure. I just read through most of it for the first time last week and it's awesome. I like how the first thirty pages are allll about weed haha

Haha, yeah, the forewords were basically cannabis sales-pitches, but that's all good. Fun to read.

So far all I've been able to do is practice the flexibility, and I'm improving a lot with it.

Still not many chances to practice sadly.

It's a great read though none the less.
