Traincation 2012 CANCELED

Hey guys, I am sorry to announce that the 2012 Traincation is cancelled. There was not enough interest at this point to be able to hold it.

For those who did sign up, you should have received an e-mail from me today and you will be receiving a full refund of your deposits and any other payments this week. Please contact me, with any questions or if you do not get your refund by next week.

I apologize for any inconvenience and disappointment this causes anyone. Hopefully our next attempt will be more successful.

I'm sorry I didn't get back with you quicker, I was working on getting really good UFC tickets and etc. for P.J. and myself while at traincation. I can't believe enough people didn't sign up. Eddie and all the 10PJJ stars, UFC event, Vegas. I don't understand. I sure hope you have another one.

On a different less depressing subject. Do you know if you guys got the two 10th PJJ banners by Monster Energy Drink I sent to HQ about a month ago?

James, I haven't seen them but that does not mean they're not there. I will check tomorrow and make sure for you. I am a little surprised that we didn't have more people too. It just wasn't meant to be this time. Maybe 2013 is the year!

I have an idea that I am just going to throw out there. When booking a cabin earlier this year I came across mansion rentals. The mansion had 16 rooms or something like that but the price really wasn't that bad. (100 bux a night per room). Maybe the next traincation (if it's not a cruise) could be TUF-like where a few people bunk together or what not. Of course people could still rent hotels if they were bringing their family or just didn't want to share space. But it seems that it could reduce the cost significantly for each person and still be beneficial to all of the instructors that would be making the trip.
If this has already been tossed about forgive me. Just another idea to throw in the pool of ideas.

I loved the idea my in-laws just moved to Nevada and my wife and kids were going out to stay for a month. If the dates were different I would have come out with them to do the traincation. If it gets done next year I can plan on it 100%. The wife will love me for taking her to see her parents and I dont have to spend time with them
