    Speaking of a bunch of our dudes/ladies brought home a bunch of medals from some local promotion this weekend. I think ill make a thread about it later.

    Derek is a top notch instructor. Wish we could make it and see the Chi and St. Lou fam. Hopefully we can make the Eddie seminar in Chicago!
