that seems Cool! what do you do when you meditate Emir?

It wasent complicated at all. You just find a place where you can get your mind off of things. I was sitting in my bed without noise around and my feet crossed. I also had my eyes closed and it was the first time I meditated at 7 am which is early for me. I stayed as relaxed as possible and got to a point where I wasent even thinking about nothing and it just kindda happened from there.

Ok i have one but it is along the lines of sleep paralysis but i guess it seems kinda out of body not the first time this has happened. Probably happens once every couple months. Anyway i was taking a nap on the couch and i have a dream i can't breath. That is when i try to wake up and i realize i can't move and i can feel myself laying on the couch can hear my wife sitting next to me but can't say anything to her and can't even move a finger breathing seems like the hardest thing in the world. Now like i said it has happened before so now i know to remain calm it will go away soon i try to focus on taking deep breaths but they feel really tiny like something is on my chest. after what seems like 5 min but really what is probably 5 seconds i am slowly able to move. Pretty scary to say the least.

This happens to me too. Mostly when i am not trying to fall asleep at work but fail.

Sleep paralysis sucks. I think it was 7 or 8 years ago when I used to take an afternoon nap everyday. For about a week everytime I went to sleep in the day time it would happen. It was like I was awake but I couldnt move. What made it the worst was that I knew I was asleep but I couldn't wake up. Even when I. Would wake up from it, if I went back to sleep it would happen again as soon as I passed out. Cant remember if I was doing something to cause it or not. It was so bad I eventually came up with something to wake me up. I would create the feeling of spinning really really fast (like a planet or something)and wake up instantly. Also got me out of nightmares. Just had to realize that something didnt seem right and that I was dreaming. I have other ways of waking up or changing a dream situation now though
