Special thanks to Nate, Tim and the rest of thier crew @ 10th planet St,Paul. I stopped in for a class this weekend and really had a good time and learned some new stuff. A previous thread in this forum brought light to the quality of instructors in the 10th planet system, and it was refreshing to see this first hand. I have visited many a gym in my days (this was my first to a 10th planet gym),and have witnessed the good, the bad and the ugly of gyms, and I must say this gym was was at the top of the good list!!!
