Random post, but I just watched a recently uploaded youtube video that Eddie put up and it's got me pretty amped up. It really shows Eddie's vision for making Jiu Jitsu MMA effective/relevant again. Until this video I didn't really understand Eddie's vision. Now I get it. Combat jiu jitsu is a bridge from BJJ to no gi to MMA. It's genius. I really hope this catches on. This has a lot of potential to revolutionize the game.

It's a great concept. How is it scored, though? It's been given 3x3 minute rounds like Amateur MMA, and has CSAC sanctioning, so is it using the 10-9 system? That could be problematic since some people argue there's too much lay'n'pray in MMA as it is.
Is it putting belt rank vs belt rank? Is it only jiu jitsu students that can take part?
