Ben Askren is teaching a seminar at our place on June 24th. 2pm-5pm. $70.

If you don't know who Ben Askren is, please shoot yourself in the face immediately. On top of being arguably the greatest wrestler in MMA he is a super nice dude who has been so easy to work with as we have set this seminar up. I can't wait to have him here and learn from him.

I hope to infect him with the 10th Planet virus while he's here, as well. Would be awesome to see him hit a Twister in Bellator.
