Since taking a rest from competitive MMA I train nogi 5 days a week and jus the 1 MMA. Anywhere from 10 to 20 hrs mat time plus the occasional strength n conditioning circuit.
Was training 4 days a week twice a day, BUT!!! 3 weeks ago I busted my left ring finger and I can't make a whole fist and it hurts umm like hell, going back Saturday I hope.
