Enjoyed the vid! But you need to grab the toes in truck, and when going for oldschool. If not they just put pressure on with the foot and it slips out. This looked fun! I might want to make a vid like this myself. That the vid exposed holes in your game is just good, it's part of the learning process, just like rolling is.

I thought about posting my certification video a while back but I havent gotten around to it. Im a white belt ronin also and have never rolled with anyone else 10th planet, so I know how you feel. Im BIG on spiderweb though thats my go to everytime. Dont forget when tossin to swing the leg over his face out first to get a harder toss. works for me Keep you the good work.

Bit the bullet and payed for the gym membership today. Glad to get back home and see all the help from peoples. I know a lot more of what I need to pay attention to. Feel like I should be paying for all these tips. I can tell im gonna have to video some live rolling for more details.

Been to Miami hotbox 1 sunday of openmat. Havnt been able to get back. Right away I noticed how much the seminars has helped them learn and advance. Also there getting to roll with other people using 10th Planet techs for the first time was awesome.

Theres been many times Rochester has there curriculum for the day posted on facebook and I would feel like im missing out on so much improvement not being able to get back to miami or having partners

And of course my jawz of life was fine during live rolling today, not sure what the brain fart on the video was all about. But I shouldnt be brain farting on anything just cuz its demonstrated on video

With a really inflexible partner all of the defcon 4 variations are going to be hard. They're made for the most flexible of opponents. Even some of the basic variations will be hard to complete because he's tapping before you do anything. Your leniency
when applying the techniques shows you're a good training partner. Nice job not mangling your buddy. Get that dude to stretch...even once, damn.

There isn't anyone that can't use more reps and some polish on their technique. If you didn't, you'd be featured on ancient aliens as the only decedent of nibiru on Earth (ALIENS!) You admitted when things were sloppy in the video multiple times. I think that proves you're not normally that loose with the techniques. Again, get that dude to stretch then put it on him.

Great job on the video. You definitely demonstrated a lot of knowledge on the system. You proved you study hard and are working on applying the techniques with increased perfection after every rep. I'd like to see some rolling also but you seem to be well on your way to getting your blue on knowledge alone. Keep up the hard work no matter what happens and good luck.

WorldClass mma. Best mma place I can get to. At least 2 or 3 people will rep stuff with me thats part of my own personal game every now and then if they stay late. Getting more than the average number of reps of my own stuff is the hard part. Didnt want tospend any money for another week, but ive had too much time out of a gym already. Gonna ride with someone to att vero(the other Renato) thursday with someone that trains at wcmma. Gonna just pay the mat fee there when someone happens to be going there and will take me. Its pretty far away.
