Is it OK to post up the class days / times please?

sorry for the delay in replying, just got back from Eddies seminar in Sweden, these are the 10th planet specific classes
Tuesday 8-9 "mastering the system" drilling the tech's from the latest episode
Wednesday 6-7.30 drilling and sparring
Friday 4.30-6 open mat drilling 6-7.30 open mat sparring
Saturday 1.30-2.30 10th planet specific basic's
this timetable will start next week (26th June) and doesn't include MMA, boxing, wrestling etc we also offer

Monday 6pm is our Elements of MMA class too so although its not exactly 10th Planet certified you do get to punch fools in the head and use whatever techniques you like to do it!! (No elbowing from crackhead though, sorry.)
