I had the same thing happen over a month ago, I had a few pop, crackle, & snaps when it happened. I tapped fast and it didn't hurt at all. But later I knew something was up my right elbow had lost some stability when doing yoga? pushups. I do a pushup then balance on one arm and point the other straight up. I rested it one full week and thought I was good so I didn't mention it when rolling. Then I got arm locked and no popping this time but it hurt a little. I didn't hurt much rolling but doing p90x aggravated it a lot. I had to change my home workouts. No more curls or triceps extensions and I do wide pushups to avoid too much pressure on the elbows. Pull ups seem to actually help it now. Ive been doing that ever since and I feel better now. I got to say if it was a little worse I would have gone to the doctor to have it checked out.
