    weight drop

    i was curoius about dropping 9 or 10 pounds in 6 days and still feeling good a little help would be great thanks

    The JJ magazine that has the Eddie Bravo twister stuff in it also has a great weight drop article. The has also been many threads on this topic, do a search and you should find lots of help.
