Being that I am new to Jitz, in a complete and total way, I have no clue what happened to my arm last night.
Last night I was rolling and the guy put my arm in a komora (Spelling?) and cranked it. I guess I never tapped quick enough and my elbow gave out a large "crack" sound. It sounded like a tendon snapped, but there was no real pain, and no loss of movement. I could feel it in the elbow, on the bottom side.
(If you rested your elbow on the table with your face rested on your hand, that's where I felt it in the elbow.)
Within an hour my bicep was tender and started to knot up. Especially the end near the inside of my elbow. But this morning my bicep is tender the entire length, even up to the armpit.
It really doesn't "hurt", but something is wrong, and it's definitly tender. I am kind of babying it too, not opening doors and shit with my right arm today, so maybe that's why it doesn't hurt. Also, last night I iced it and took Ibuprofin, which I think helped.
Anyways, does anyone have an explanation regarding what I did to my arm? I figured it must be a fairly common injury in JJ circles.
