Did Guida get f****d by the mma judges?

Okay so his style was wierd, creative and at times boring... but he controlled the first 15 minutes with it and kept the final 2 rounds fairly close.
So in my opinion, Guida deserved the 48-47 win. It was weird, but it was obviously effective. Maynards face was certainly more busted up than Clay's was. Maynard went for power, but Guida landed twice as much, and bloodied him up nicely. He backpedaled and ran at times to reset, but hey. Apparently in MMA you can't fight smart anymore. Congratulations on fighting smart, oh wait. You cant do that anymore. Nevermind.
Maybe Guida and Pac-Man should start a petition for terrible judges.
What did you guys think? Am I wrong and putting too much stock in effective strikes and intrigue, or do I need to work on my bloodlust.

That was worse than the Condit fight.
Condit might of fight boringly, but he won.

Guida, eh...he turned tail and rain.
It wasn't till Grey dropped his hands that he marched forward, and what happened then?
Almost got submitted.
The rest of the fight was 90% running, and stalling in each position.


He could of won that fight by split, but I don't think anything thinks he deserved to win.

I see the argument against Guida's running. But last I checked, that "hulk smash" thing Maynard did was the only time he did anything major, save for a couple clinch knees.
Guida controlled 22 of the 25 minutes while Gray just stood there and waited for Guida to come into his game. when Guida did, he got punished. But Maynard was confused, frustrated, angry, illogical, bloody and... mediocre against Guida's style. Guida was clean after 5 rounds. Bloody vs clean. Im going with the boring bouncy-ball almost every time. Unless its an American MMA Judge. In which case overhands and slams count 5000% towards victory.

Apparently, I was too interested in the strategy and style. Even Dana thought he sucked. Jesus Christ. The Boss, the BOSS of MMA, thought he was terrible.
MMA is now morphing into WWE territory. God Forbid.

I thought Gray won it 3 rounds to 2. Just because you move around more doesn't mean you're doing more. They both wiffed a ton of punches though.
