State Line Grappling Championships is a submission grappling tournament using modified US Grappling rules.



The 4th State Line Grappling Championships will take place on June 30th, 2012 in the Kline Gym at King College.

For the first time SLGC will be Submission Only for Adult divisions. Submission Only matches have no points and no time limits. Kids divisions will still have time limits and points (+ submissions!). Also new for SLGC 4 are absolute gi divisions. There will be one division at each belt level open to competitors of any weight.

Up to 144.9
145 - 154.9
155 - 169.9
170 - 184.5
185 - 204.5
205 and up

Women and Juvenile divisions do not have set weight classes prior to registration. Classes are created after registration closes using a Madison type system.

Prices for the event:

Pre-registration www.statelinegrappling.com
$40 for one division
$55 for 2 or 3 divisions

Friday or Saturday registration (after pre-reg closes)
$45 for one division
$60 for 2 or 3 divisions

Remember, there are no gi weight classes, and the gi divisions will be absolutes.

Men over 35 can enter the 35+ division or the men's division, but not both.
