    No food vs. Fast Food

    If I didn't prepare a lunch for the day due to whatever reason is it better to just not eat lunch or smash some fast food? I know the best thing to do is not be a retard and make time to pack a lunch but sometimes that shit just doesn't happen!

    It makes sense to eat fast food because some nutrients are better than none right? But on the other hand 99 percent of what you are putting into your body is garbage...is it really worth it? I'm curious as to what your thoughts are.

    I'm a firm believer in portions. If you find that you HAVE to eat fast food, get the healthiest thing they have and eat enough to keep you going. Fruit is almost everywhere so worst case scenario, eat a banana or apple or something.

    you can actually loose weight eating fast food if you do it right. Though I would not advise that method if you are a serious competitor or anything. A lot gas stations like racetrac and Quick trip have pretty good sandwiches that have quality ingredients and are not fatty, plus there is always subway.

    I agree with the portions comment , plus fast food joints do have some healthier options instead of a Double cheese burger. You could grab their basic salad or stop to a super market and grab some fruit. I would choose eating wendies vs no food all day. Just don't get a double cheese with a large fry.

    If you going to mess with fast food, stick to Taco Bell. It's quality of ingredients are of course trash but it's a corn shell opposed to gluten and heavily processed bun, and shredded cheese opposed to greasy melt processed american cheese, the meat is low grade too but it doesn't have the fillers and shit like say burger king or mcdonalds. and it has lettuce and tomatoes that aren't completely covered in mayo which is really high in fat. For the most part if you take out the cheese and mayo of most fast food burgers your limiting some transfat and saturated fat intake (not by much)...this is making me hungry.

    I think like the supermarket idea...places are starting to carry ready made food (like sandwiches) in the deli more often...

    the other day at our supermarket i got this greek turkey sandwhich for 5 bucks. so good

    If its no food vs fast food, I'd rather go hungry. Fast food is fucking poison. Go to the grocery store and get a salad.

    Most grocery stores have rotiseire(sp?) chickens now. Most have very simple ingredients and around $6. Buy that and a naked "Green Machine" drink and your up to $9. Protien, fruits and veggies. Taste is great and if you Eat the whole chicken your stuffed. For less pricey option, Lots of stores sell hard boiled eggs already shelled. 3-4 eggs and a naked "GM" and your set.
    Just say no to fast food!!!
