Question about IBJJF Allowed Takedowns
Are wrestling lift-style takedowns allowed in IBJJF? I'm referring to moves like a flare double, double leg to a lift, or high crotch to a lift, etc..

No slamming or throw with intention to injure is the rule far as I know.
