I'm not competing but I'll be there. Some of the New Zealand guys are staying at my home in Felton so I'll be heading in with them and I'll video some of the 10th Planet matches. Come say hello if you see me.

Looks like there are around 75 competitors for the Gracie Worlds repping 10th Planet.


I didn't count exactly but its about 75 10th planet guys out of about 200-250 people. thats a pretty significant percentage.

For the Adult Male division, I used some unix commands and got....
10th planet has 61 out of 125

I checked team names that stuck out as having a handful of guys. The next team down has 8, the next has 7, and GB has 6. From there it drops pretty fast, ie. Lloyd Irvin has 2, Checkmat has 1, Paragon 0, Alliance 0, etc.

So with 7 weights x 4 divisions making 28, even if the team with 8 guys got all first place medals there would be 20 other spots to fill, so they'd pretty much still come in second overall.

Hope anyone didn't cut too much weight, lol.
