I'm working on my flexibility so much it's my whole warm up and I try but MMA isn't very popular here. I agree, it gives confidence and focus easily. Thanks for the link, I'll add it to my mma workout; I work out twice a day now.

Welcome to craziness! The trick I notice to get more people back to your house made of candy.. i mean your dungeon.. I mean your house is to make your sessions fun. In my group one guy named Stanley we call Yoshi always wants to dance. My bro Luis and I imitate old kung fu movies with choppy effects and all, Adam just jokes around. We make 3 to 4 hours fun. It's when we do the Yoga warm up is when the bitching starts... got to love plankin
