Got a competition next Saturday. I'm not worried about cuttin weight, so how much rest do you guys like to get? Peaking for a particular date has been difficult. I think I overtrain so I might just train once next week. What do ya'll do the week of?
i always use spar lightly week of, and take it easy on the cardio. but you got keep moving so your body doesn't adjust even a little to sittin on your butt.
