    A healthy diet

What do you guys eat and drink to stay in shape and best performance in training? For example what would you eat on a typical day? Im bringing this up because I have been eating complete shit as of late! I want to get on an organized diet.

i eat peanut butter sandwiches or chicken salad on the daily dont change what you eat stick with one thing for a while and you will drop weight it sounds boring but it works and eat every three hours if you do a rigorous workout like roll drink a protein shake like muscle milk to replenish what you burn... also home cooking without oil is better than eating fast food avoid fast food!!!!!!!! cant stress that enough if you cant cook well resort to peanut butter and chicken salad lulz happy rolling
