    Just introducing myself

I decided to join yesterday after lurking for a few weeks. I’m 18 years old and aspiring to be a mixed martial artist, but I sadly have no gyms I can train at as I’m currently unemployed. I bought both of Eddie’s book and Greg Jackson’s Ground Game book; even though I heard you shouldn’t self-train. I’m just so passionate it about learning so looking into to moving in the future to train like a pro.

welcome man dont worry about not having a school you can always look up stuff online until you get a job and save money i use to just set up padding in my basement and roll with my buddies and even though i train now in a school i still set that old beat down padding up and roll with anyone that wants to

That's what I'm doing actually, I'm using submissions 101 along with the books. If I didn't have to buy a car, I could already be training. I'm trying to get a little club together just so I can train with different people, but in my last roll I got a Von Flue in on my friend
