What food do you guys eat before jits class, and how long before? Personally I prefer to have as little in my stomach as possible when rolling so I try to eat maybe a banana or have a protein or green shake like 30-60 min prior to training, but that's it, i try not to have eaten anything else for at least a few hours prior to that. What do you guys do? Sorry if there is already a thread that exists on this subject, I didn't feel like digging to search for one. Thanks fam!
