Fuck I want fake muscles and I want to be weak as shit. That's how real athletes do it... NOT! Im all for supplementation but these guys are clowns. Good Food, Good Lifts, and Knowledge of the body will get you where you need to be. Remember muscles don't mean fuck all in Jiu Jitsu.
