10th Planet Rochester / Team Empire visit

I recently took off from work and traveled from Alabama to Rochester New York to train with Team Empire. I spent 3 weeks out there and it was an amazing experience. The training was tough but because the coaches are of such a high caliber you will have a better understanding of what you are doing. They immediately saw my weaknesses and began addressing them. I feel like I have grown a great deal from this trip and will be forever thankful for this opportunity.

Josh it was a pleasure to have you training with us for the past month! You are always welcome here. You all ready have a solid Jiu Jitsu game and a dangerous guard. Keep working on your standup and wrestling game and you'll be dominating the Alabama MMA scene! Mccaghren has done a great job guiding you along the way! Nothing but bright things in Decatur's future, maybe even breaking into the 90's this year, who knows?!?
