Mayhem is a fighter, first and foremost.
But he knows he's made a career for himself by "being wacky on tv".
It's given him more fight opportunities than simply being a good fighter ever could have, which...thrust him into deep waters he wasn't ready for.
Now he thinks he can't cut it, which if he goes back to the drawing board and starts off where he was before, the top of the heap in a less stacked organization.
Then he could keep getting better.
It's gotta be rough to openly say that you don't think you can cut it in fighting.
He probably felt like he was doing nothing with his life anymore and just went nuts.
I really hope to see him back in the ring, training and fighting.
