Don't forget you have legs. The whip up comes from your legs and core, not your arms. If you are having trouble establishing double unders because he is low, use the whip up motion to bring him up to a level where yo can reach him. Since I have a low gas tank, my game is all about the path of least resistance. If I feel like I have to muscle anything, I'm not going for it. So, yeah, whipping them around with just your legs does work, but it burns a lot of my gas tank. Especially with a strong wrestler wrapping up a tight over under with his shoulder in my neck. That's why I'm so interested in the Omaha whip.
