i been waiting for ever for it one whip up that has been working for me is a sloppy whip up but works good on wrestlers or people driving hips down hard making them very heavy on you and hard to move when fighting for underhooks i catch my forearms in there armpits and whip up using my hips and fore arms driving into them and forcing them forward and also sets your double unders on the whip also.
What I've been catching is if I get stuck with one over and one under. If I have lockdown on their right leg and an overhook on their right arm I whip like I'm doing the Whip Down, but rather than stop on my side and attempting a 5-0 sweep I continue the whipping motion of my legs and swing them back around behind me just before they touch the floor. Sometimes I have to bend my knees then extend them upwards to get started if the guy is really heavy. The whole process looks like drawing a capitol "D" in the air with my feet.
nice being bigger i was having a huge problem sitting up to catch my double under or if i do have them i always feel stuck so i been reversing my lockdown to a traditional half but still have my legs locked in a lock down. I find it way easier now to sit up to dog fight also makes it easier to dive under for my normal lockdown path. Very happy bout this cause when i get a lock down its usually really tight but feels so tight i'm kinda of limited in movement may just be a big guy problem.
